Our topic this trimestre is Planting, Growing and Animals

Today the 2nd of May, the children had the chance to see, touch and learn about a  varied range of amphibians and reptiles.
The children were shown a tortoise. Many of our students have turtles and tortoises at home.

Then the children were shown  a bearded lizard.

The children were also shown a blue-tongued lizard. These lizards can be found in Australia.

Andres and Pedro also showed the children a water dragon, that was a little nervous. The children were almost as nervous as the little lizard was.

This chameleon was almost as big as Andres. These large male chameleons live in trees.

Andres and Pedro saved the best for last. They showed the children pythons from Africa.

I don't think I like real snakes Miss Sandra!!!!!

Some of us had the teachers touch the snakes for us.

Thank you Pedro and Andres for your time and knowledge from all the British School Infant and Primary students and teachers.
